As a Senior Operator/Process Engineer you are responsible for the correct execution and optimization of the cleaning and qualification processes in the cleanroom. In addition, you perform various cleanroom processes such as programming, loading, introducing new processes, preparing work instructions and supervising proto-runs.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Provide technical project support to improve existing processes;
• Make the machines function and program properly;
• Arranging the necessary documentation and related activities;
• Continuous improvement of existing cleaning and qualification processes aimed at future requirements;
• Analyzing any issues that arise during an ongoing process and initiating improvements;
• Drawing up and updating work instructions according to specification and quality requirements;
• Carrying out internal audits to ensure that processes are carried out properly according to procedure;
• Co-creating and developing quality procedures to prevent possible problems.

Requirements:

• Good command of the English language;
• Technical vocational education;
• Strong affinity with both technological developments and production-related processes;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Familiarity with the procedures and guidelines within a cleanroom is a plus.
