For our clients, 4 stars hotels located in Ireland, we are looking urgently for a Sous Chef and Head Chef with immediate start

CONTRACTUAL TERMS: min 2 year contract , 28 paid days holiday,  5 days/week, 39 hours /week contract ;  overtime hours are given back in lieu or paid;  accommodation provided; Salary

Sous chef 40 /46  K gross/ year  ( 2670 – 2999  euro net /month ) in accordance with the experience

Head Chef 50/52 K  gross/ year  ( 3171 – 3257  euro net /month ) in accordance with the experience

THE APPLICANT must have : min 2 years’ experience in the position on offer; very good skills in preparing International cuisine from freshest ingredients and seasonal menus;  must have experience in 4-5 stars hotels with medium size operation (80-100 rooms)
